Shri Warana Agricultural Goods Processing Co-operative Society Ltd. (Wagpcos) is the 100 % export oriented unit manufacturing Mango pulp, Banana, Guava, & Papaya puree. To meet the International Quality Standards machinery is purchased from Cherry Burell USA. It is automatic continuos processing plant and controlled by PLC. Handling capacity of plant is 120mt fruits per day.

1. Receiving & ripening- Quality approved fruits are ripened in ripening rooms under controlled humidity & temperature.

2. Pre processing- Processing like destoning / mashing pulping , finishing and deaerating.

3. Processing- Free of microbes and not altering its naturally in srap surface heat exchanger by heating holding & cooling.

4. Packing- Natural, free of microbes, sterilize 55 gallon aseptic bags supported by ms drums.

5. Lab- Lab is designed to meet international standards.
